name on it, according to him it sounds much better! we all look forward to hearing it! (look on the picture page to see it!)

SUNDAY THE 4TH OF
JULY!
There were many bands at the Raven inn open air event....from MmM www.manmademayo.com to Tiny band, there were all types of different music. Uranium lake played various songs
from their new E.P and played a few new songs, also playing one of their old cover songs. The atmosphere was great once again,
with people screaming all over the place! A good time was had by all, Looking forward to the next few events, when they are
comfirmed!
As i got the chance to go to see uranium lake i can tell you lots about it! firstly i have
to say that reason for reason, the barberettes, and Man Made Mayo rocked! It really hyped up the audience! What can i say
about uranium lake! It was well worth two pounds! Uranium Lake topped the whole evening off with Thom singing his little heart
out, Whit and his guitar were amazing, Sam and his amazing sax solo, (we all loved that) and Ollie drumming like no tommorow!
Can't wait to see them again! Some one has got to make the guys famous!

FRIDAY 19TH OF MARCH!!
After all the county high school's band and perfomances
from "flute group" and "the baberettes" UL played brilliantly, with all of the crowd loving them to bits. I have to admit
thom and the whole band sent a shiver down my spine, and i'm sure most of the crowd agreed! I noticed as i was looking around
many people were mouthing their lyrics, well done guys!!! Can't wait to see you live again! .... see the journal for

Since the 2002 competition the guys have been very busy. After
touring in Luxembourg Gardens with the school band in Paris, They won the 2003 talent show at our school in
December by playing " Always" and " City Girl " in front of years 9, 10 and 11 winning out of about 15 - 20 acts. On top of
that they have been recently in the studio recording and working hard to create a 5 song demo entitled
" Birthplace of Dreams E.p " which is avalible now to buy.

newspapers, the northwich guardian and the Northwich chronicle....
